Welcome to Wild Rhythm Somatics. By purchasing, registering for, or participating in any Wild Rhythm Somatics offering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to our retreats, private sessions, digital practices, memberships, programs, workshops, and other services offered through Wild Rhythm Somatics.
All transactions with Wild Rhythm Somatics are nonrefundable.
Once a payment has been made, it cannot be refunded, transferred to another person, or exchanged for another offering unless Wild Rhythm Somatics expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
This includes deposits, payments made toward payment plans, retreat registrations, private sessions, digital products, memberships, and program purchases.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this nonrefundable policy.
When you choose a payment plan, you are committing to the full purchase amount, not simply to individual installments.
Each scheduled payment remains due according to the payment schedule presented at the time of purchase.
Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in suspension or cancellation of access to the applicable offering. Previous payments remain nonrefundable.
For retreats such as Sol Bloom, your registration reserves your accommodation, space, programming, and related retreat resources.
Retreat pricing, accommodation options, inclusions, payment schedules, and dates are described on the applicable retreat registration page.
For Sol Bloom, the retreat is scheduled for January 3–9, 2027, at Lake Atitlán, Guatemala.
Unless specifically stated on the retreat registration page, participants are responsible for their own airfare, travel documents, travel insurance, personal expenses, and any costs associated with arriving at or departing from the retreat location.
We strongly encourage participants to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
Wild Rhythm Somatics reserves the right to modify retreat schedules, activities, facilitators, accommodations, locations, or other program details when reasonably necessary.
If Wild Rhythm Somatics must cancel a retreat entirely, we will communicate the available options to registered participants.
Except where required by applicable law, cancellation by a participant does not create a right to a refund.
Wild Rhythm Somatics offers educational and experiential practices that may include yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, Kundalini practices, energy work, nervous system practices, intuitive movement, ritual, and related modalities.
These offerings are intended to support personal exploration and wellbeing. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other licensed healthcare services and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
You are responsible for determining whether a particular practice, retreat, or offering is appropriate for you.
You agree to communicate with facilitators about relevant limitations or concerns and to participate within your own capacity.
You may choose to pause, modify, or discontinue a practice at any time.
Participation in movement practices, retreats, travel, outdoor activities, ceremonies, breathwork, and other experiential practices may involve inherent physical, emotional, psychological, or other risks.
By participating, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with the activities you choose to engage in.
You are responsible for making informed choices about your participation and for seeking appropriate professional guidance when needed.
We are committed to creating spaces grounded in respect, consent, personal responsibility, and care.
Participants are expected to treat facilitators, staff, other participants, local communities, and retreat spaces with respect.
Wild Rhythm Somatics reserves the right to ask a participant to leave an offering or retreat if their behavior creates a safety concern, significantly disrupts the experience of others, or violates community agreements.
In such circumstances, payments remain nonrefundable.
All content provided through Wild Rhythm Somatics, including practices, recordings, written materials, teachings, photographs, videos, graphics, branding, and other original materials, belongs to Wild Rhythm Somatics or its respective creators unless otherwise stated.
You may use purchased or provided materials for your own personal use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly share, teach, or commercially exploit Wild Rhythm Somatics materials without prior written permission.
Wild Rhythm Somatics may photograph or record portions of retreats, workshops, or other events for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate when photography or recording is taking place.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional photography or video, please communicate this with the Wild Rhythm Somatics team.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, accurate, or free from errors.
We reserve the right to update offerings, pricing, schedules, content, and availability at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wild Rhythm Somatics and its owners, facilitators, contractors, and representatives will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from participation in our offerings.
This includes risks associated with travel, accommodations, physical activities, personal decisions, or participation in experiential practices.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Our website and offerings may use third-party platforms for payment processing, scheduling, email communication, website hosting, course delivery, or other services.
Wild Rhythm Somatics is not responsible for the policies, practices, availability, or performance of third-party platforms.
We may update these Terms & Conditions as our offerings or business practices change.
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
By purchasing or registering for any Wild Rhythm Somatics offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including our nonrefundable transaction policy.
